The LeClaire River Loft is a gorgeous loft style apartment located in downtown LeClaire Iowa. Located just steps away from the fantastic shops and restaurants in LeClaire, it makes a perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a quiet spot to recharge after a long day of business. With full size appliances and a washer and dryer, the LeClaire River Loft proves to be a home away from home. Sleeps 2-4 comfortably and boasts the best front porch in town.

After going through a remodel in fall-winter of 2018 - the LeClaire River Loft holds the perfect amount of charm and character. Perfect for an evening or weekend away, you will be blown away by this gorgeous rental in the heart of LeClaire, Iowa.

Entire apartment. Located in vintage building with only other "tenant" being a small unique retail space. Very private with off street parking in the rear off the alley.

Some steps to enter the house as well as to the upstairs bedroom. Lounge area with a daybed and trundle.
LeClaire River Chateau
The LeClaire River Chateau is a beautifully 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an unobstructed view of the Mississippi River. Fantastic location just steps from the shops and restaurants. Perfect for larger groups, sleeping 9 guests. Whether visiting LeClaire with family, looking for a get-together rental, or a weekend away with the girls - the LeClaire River Chateau is the place for you.
The space
With a fresh nautical look, this space fits perfectly on the edge of the Mississippi River. A great place for larger groups, with charm and character of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths decorated for the river! The primary bedroom, with a king bed, is on the main floor with a bath attached. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds. This home sleeps up to 9 guests.

LeClaire Lonestar Loft
The LeClaire Lonestar Loft is a stunning, beautifully decorated condo located in the heart of the historic downtown of LeClaire. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft overlooks the beautiful Mississippi River from the full length deck and at the same time allows you to experience the fun and excitement of Cody Road. Just steps out the front door of the Lone Star you will find restaurants, spirits and a unique shopping experience. This space sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.
The space
This gorgeous upstairs condo has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay in historic Leclaire. After you park your vehicle in Lone Star’s heated private garage, the adventure can begin! The Lone Star offers an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room all overlooking the mighty Mississippi River. Down the hall you will find the laundry room, full bath with a shower and tub as well as the two beautiful bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with luxurious linens, flat screen tv and an attached bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with the same cozy linens.​
Other things to note
The Lone Star Loft is located on the 2nd floor of the building, above a street level shop. There is not an elevator. The garage is located a level below the street as well.
Princeton Whiskey Run Riverhouse
The Princeton Whiskey Run Riverhouse boasts the most peaceful and relaxing experience on the Mississippi River riverfront. The tastefully decorated home is located just 5 miles north of the popular river town, LeClaire, Iowa and within walking distance to Go Fish Marina Bar and Grill, and Three33 Kitchen and Bar.
The space
One of the best features of this house is the upstairs outdoor deck that allows you to see up and down the river. We have created an entertainment/bar room that is attached to this amazing deck. This home is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath gem with a view of the Mississippi River from nearly every window. When you step into the front door you will find yourself in the four seasons room which will likely be the place you will enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the beautiful view of the river. Your family will enjoy all of the living room space this home has to offer. The kitchen is just off the dining room and has everything you need to cook the catfish you catch off our riverfront or simply make your morning coffee. Three of the bedrooms and the 2 full baths are located on the second floor. The 3rd floor attic bedroom will likely be the hangout for the kids. It has a sectional, smart tv, as well as a queen and twin bed with additional views of the river!

What To Do
There are many things to do while you stay at Whiskey Run. Go Fish Marina Bar and Grill is within walking distance, the Tiki Tavern will pick you up at our river front and take you to Princeton Beach, Olathea Creek Vineyard and Winery, and after a short 5 minute drive you are in LeClaire enjoying shopping, restaurants, distillery, winery, brewery, the famous Antique Archeology and maybe a ride on the Riverboat Twilight.
